Cleanwood has a technology that can offer a fixed and mobile service to the cellars for the regeneration and sterilization of oak barrels, regenerating the wood, opening its pore, leaching part of its embedded wine, extracting, eradicating and eliminating all the organisms, bacteria, fungus, moth, yeast and of course the brett.

The mobile service is intended for those wineries that do not have a fleet of barrels equal to or greater than 8,000 units. Cleanwood has a mobile park of machines and a vehicle adapted for its transport, through which they are able to transport the machine to the area of the cellar where the cleaning of the barrels is destined.

That area must be spacious and have electricity and water outlets to carry out the service simultaneously with the washing process, thus avoiding any loss of time for the winery. Cleanwood has designed a manual about the procedure to be followed in each winery which will be delivered to each client to save their time and money.

The machine includes a series of sensors to ensure the safety of workers and the health of the barrel. All service actions come with a protocol in the user manuals which will be delivered to the winery operators by the Cleanwood workers.

The fixed service is intended for those wineries that have a park of barrels equal to or greater than 8,000 units. The Cleanwood machine is capable of integration and customization in any warehouse, combining its cleaning system with water and inerting plus regeneration by high-frequency waves. The integration of the fixed machine in the cellars will facilitate the winemaking control of the barrel, guaranteeing its health. This integration will reduce the number of cleaning transfers to a single transfer, as well as reducing costs and saving on purchases.
