ZEROB lengthens the shelf life of the barrels thanks to its exclusive regeneration system, draining the embedded wine countercurrently from the inside of the wood. Zerob acts on the whole of the barrel, reaching our treatment the points of greatest risk and difficult cleaning such as the stave joints, union between staves and head and the filling mouth, elements difficult to clean with conventional treatments.
